Terms & Conditions

1. Provider

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of rigstone.com and all coaching, training, speaking, and related services provided by Rigstone Capital UG (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Scope of Services

We offer personal coaching, group mastermind programs, corporate training workshops, keynote speaking, and related digital products (collectively, the “Services”). Specific scope, duration, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing prior to commencement.

3. Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation from us.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are stated in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• For group programs and live events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your place.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 1-on-1 sessions: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
• Group programs: Withdrawals within 14 days of a program start date are non-refundable. Prior to that, a pro-rata refund minus the deposit will be issued.
• Corporate engagements: Cancellations within 30 days of the event date will be charged at 100% of the agreed fee. Within 60 days, 50% applies.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, templates, and content provided as part of the Services are the intellectual property of Rigstone Capital UG and Ofer Valencio Akerman. They are licensed for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential. Equally, any proprietary materials or methodologies shared by us remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coaching and training are personal development services. We do not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, or life changes. Results depend on your individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rigstone Capital UG's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes is the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
